9/11 Attacks—20 Years Later and What Have We Learned???

September 10, 2021 by developer

CLICK ON PICTURE ABOVE FOR A SHORT 45 SECOND VIDEO

After 9/11 America responded with military might and the cry, “We Will Never Forget.” Today is the twentieth anniversary of the September 11, 2001, Muslim terrorist attacks on the New York World Trade Center Towers, the Pentagon and Flight 93, which resulted in the death of almost 3,000 innocent Americans. We also remember the first responders who so selflessly and without hesitation, answered the call to rescue those who were trapped, many of whom lost their own lives in the collapsing towers.

So, as the American People remember the 20th anniversary of 9/11, incompetent and cowardly anti-American Washington Politicians continue to insult the memory of 9/11. These politicians have learned nothing from 9/11 nor history.

For 20 years the evil of political Islam has increased its sway within our borders. It has infiltrated every aspect of our society, including our schools and universities, both political parties, Hollywood, mainstream media, cultural elite, and major corporations.

So, how effective has America’s response to 9/11 been in 20 years?

20 years later… World leaders have unashamedly proclaimed the big lie that Islam is a “religion of peace,” including former Presidents Obama, Bush and Clinton.

20 years later… Jihadists are within America’s borders training members how to carry out terrorist attacks.

20 years later… American public schools have become less about education and more about ideological indoctrination, including Islamic Sharia Law teaching our children to recite the Shahada, the Islamic conversion creed: “There is no god except Allah and Prophet Muhammad is his messenger.” Parents who speak out about this Islamic indoctrination are condemned by school officials and their own communities.

The progeny of the pilgrims, seeking a land in which they could freely exercise their faith without threat of imprisonment or execution…

20 years later… students are not being taught the truth about the 9/11 attack and the role of Islamic jihadists perpetrating the attack.

20 years later… victims of the 9/11 attack are still dying from the poisonous dust from Ground Zero.

20 years later… The Muslim Brotherhood, which vows to destroy America from within, continues to grow in influence and operate within our borders.

20 years later… CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), which vows to make the Koran the highest authority in America and was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism trial, still exists and is embraced in leftist political circles and corporate media.

20 years later… Islamists are still persecuting and slaughtering thousands of innocent Christians throughout the world.

20 years later… the Taliban has greater territorial control of Afghanistan than it did in 2001. They are also better armed, with billions of dollars in U.S military equipment and weaponry that President Biden had our soldiers leave behind during his disastrous evacuation.

20 years later… the Taliban has American hostages it did not have in 2001. Hostages President Biden abandoned. Hostages the Taliban will use to barter for more money and weapons to use to commit terrorist attacks.

20 years later… our Armed Forces just finished fighting in Afghanistan, the longest war in America’s history, and many Americans are still trapped there.

20 years later… Russia, China and Iran are preparing to recognize the Taliban’s rule over Afghanistan.

20 years later… Turkey hates our guts, formed an alliance with Russia and Iran, and seeks to re-institute the Ottoman Empire.

20 years later… we continue to resettle anti-America Islamist refugees at taxpayer expense who do not want to assimilate into our country.

20 years later… the Biden administration is forcing unvetted Afghan evacuees onto unsuspecting American communities.

20 years later… the Biden administration is allowing young girls suspected of being child-brides to remain with adult Afghan male arrivals.

In July 2021, the US military left Bagram Airfield – its key base in Afghanistan – after nearly 20 years. At its height, Bagram base was home to tens of thousands of US troops.

Four out of the five ex-Guantanamo Bay inmates in exchange for Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl are named as top leaders in Afghanistan’s new Taliban government. It also included a wanted terrorist and many of the same faces from its pre-9/11 regime.

Now China is looking to make a move for Bagram and trying to use Pakistan to get stronger to go against India. America’s enemies, including Russia, are looking at how they can capitalize on Biden’s blunder and his continued demonstrations of weak leadership; our former allies are moving against what used to be the world’s superpower, the USA.

Despite the fact we have no effective way of vetting “Muslim refugees”, we are allowing thousands of Muslims to enter who have no intent on assimilating, along with those who want to destroy us. The Taliban, al Qaeda and ISIS are continuing to use this “refugee” chain to build their Jihadist network in Western countries.

It’s about taking to heart the lesson we should have learned that day in 2001—Islam’s goal is to destroy America, what they call the “big Satan”, along with the values embodied in our Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. Because many Americans have forgotten that lesson, Islam’s plan for civilization jihad is advancing. Islam is defeating us from within, without firing a shot.

“If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher.
As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.”
-Abraham Lincoln, January 27, 1838

Islam has fought a religious war against Christianity for over 1400 years. Yet many “woke” and historically challenged Christians welcome them with open arms as an act of charity. The continued weakening of America’s founding principles and the fortitude of Americans willing to resist its destruction is approaching unless we take to heart the lessons from the greatest attack on U.S. soil twenty years ago.

God Bless America!

There Can Be Only ONE Independence—Fourth of July, 1776

July 3, 2021 by developer

Happy Fourth of July!

The 4th of July commemorates the day that our Founding Fathers threw off the yolk of tyranny to accept the burden of freedom, which requires bloodshed to keep, and a moral and religious people to maintain.

However, there is a concerted effort to erase the Fourth of July as the founding date of our country.

Today, Patriotic Americans must contend with a new founding date for America—August 20, 1619, the day when the first slave ship arrived on Americas shores.

That date is the brainchild of pseudohistory professor Nikole Hannah-Jones. It’s a component of the 1619 Project, which aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery at the very center of our national founding.

The alternative 1619 national founding is the product of a radical ideology attempting to rewrite our country’s history.

So, which will it be? 1619, or 1776?

Let us remember the truth of that glorious day—July 4th, 1776. For the first time in world history, a group of colonials—

The progeny of the pilgrims, seeking a land in which they could freely exercise their faith without threat of imprisonment or execution…

The offspring of explorers, gutsy enough to voyage across the merciless ocean to traverse an uncharted, unpredictable continent…

The posterity of entrepreneurs, oppressed by the King and the landed aristocracy of Great Britain which kept them subjugated…

—Were, with the simple signing of the Declaration, breaking with their mother country. No small feat, to go up against the greatest military power in the world at that time! John Adams wrote in a letter to his wife the day before the birth of our nation:

I am well aware of the toil, and blood, and treasure, that it will cost us to maintain this declaration, and support and defend these States. Yet, through all the gloom, I can see the rays of ravishing light and glory.

In that same letter, Adams refers to July 4th, 1776 as the “day of deliverance”. Let us not forget the justness of their cause: their God-given, inalienable rights were being violated by the King and Parliament, whose claim to rule was birth, not merit.

So, on this Fourth of July, our country’s birthday—

May we dedicate ourselves to the preservation of that Great Experiment our forefathers fought and died for…

May we recommit our allegiance to that noble, holy cause: freedom…

May we pray God redeems this Christian nation, dedicated to Him from its conception…

So that “the last best hope of earth,” as Abraham Lincoln said, “shall not perish from the earth.”

This Memorial Day, Honor Those Soldiers Who Died That We May Live Free — Resolve You Will Not Let Their Sacrifices Be For Naught

May 28, 2021 by developer

On Memorial Day we honor the soldiers who fought and died that we may live free. From the earliest beginnings of our nation to the present time, they gave the last full measure of devotion.

Today, the freedoms which they so heroically defended, are under attack from within. The Judeo-Christian foundations of our nation are crumbling. Discontent and disorder prevail in our cities. Patriotism is replaced with Globalism. Public virtue is gone. Public depravity dominates.

But freedom is never won by politicians, political speeches, community organizers, or court decisions. It is won by the blood and sacrifice of soldiers.

So, on this Memorial Day I encourage you and your family to take a few minutes to prayerfully remember those who made that ultimate sacrifice. Resolve that you will not let their sacrifices be for naught.

You may want to watch the 3 videos (in BLUE) as a means of solemn remembrance.

Memorial Inspirational Quotes

Amazing Grace

As is tradition, I close this Memorial Day message with a poem by Marine Chaplain Father Dennis Edward:

It is the Soldier

It is the soldier, not the reporter,

who has given us freedom of the press.

It is the soldier, not the poet,

who has given us freedom of speech.

It is the soldier, not the campus organizer

who has given us the freedom to demonstrate.

It is the soldier, not the lawyer,

who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is the soldier, who salutes the flag,

who serves under the flag,

and whose coffin is draped by the flag,

who allows the protester to burn the flag.

Also, please remember in your prayers our troops deployed in harm’s way today. Pray for their families and loved ones as they endure the hardship and all the uncertainty that comes with deployment.

God Bless America!

Your Ringside Seat to Constitutional History in the Making

April 22, 2021 by developer

Your Ringside Seat to Constitutional History in the Making

You can have a ringside seat to Constitutional history on Monday morning, April 26, at 10 a.m. Eastern. That’s when the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the Thomas More Law Center’s (TMLC) challenge to California’s demand that nonprofits disclose the names of their major donors if they want to solicit donations in the state.

You will be able to hear the audio of this historic argument by clicking on the CSPAN link below:

Listen to our SCOTUS hearing here

As you know, TMLC is your strong voice on issues like religious freedom, the sanctity of human life, traditional marriage and family values, and illegal immigration. We fight against the intimidating and malicious actions of the “cancel culture” agents, which chill the right to free speech and association so fundamental to our democratic society.

John Bursch, the vice president of appellate advocacy and senior counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is representing TMLC. The Supreme Court ordered that TMLC’s case be consolidated for oral argument with a similar case filed by Americans For Prosperity Foundation (AFPF).

TMLC’s court battle began in 2015 when the California Attorney General (now Vice President Kamala Harris) demanded that we disclose information to her office on all our major donors within 30 days or she would deny our license to solicit donations in her state. Her threatened action violated fundamental constitutional rights to free speech and freedom of association, and so we filed the federal lawsuit which will now be decided by the Supreme Court.

Everybody should be free to peacefully support causes they believe in without fear of harassment or intimidation. Unfortunately, that is not the case in California. California has threatened that freedom by demanding the Thomas More Law Center—and every other non-profit which has supporters in California—turn over their donors’ private information. California then tracks that information and has been leaking it like a sieve.

Granted, we are often engaged in controversial issues. But you have the right to donate to organizations that advance your beliefs with the assurance your privacy will be protected. That’s why TMLC relentlessly pursued this case for over 5 years.

It is about your First Amendment right of free speech and freedom of association. The Thomas More Law Center has fought long and hard to protect these rights. And your privacy.

I can’t thank you enough for your past support. Once again, I am asking you to make a financial sacrifice.

Pray for our success; pray for our Nation.

Know that we are always Battle Ready to Defend Your Freedoms.

With warmest regards,

Richard Thompson, Esq.

Watch this Video to Learn Why You are the Reason the U.S. Supreme Court Will Hear Thomas More Law Center’s Case Next Month

TMLC is defending your First Amendment Rights in the Supreme Court in April

Watch this short video by clicking here to learn why You are the reason the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Thomas More Law Center’s (“TMLC”) monumental case on free speech and freedom of association this April. The video was produced by the Alliance Defending Freedom (“ADF”) whose attorneys are representing TMLC in the appeal.

TMLC is your strong voice on core political issues including religious freedom, the sanctity of human life, traditional marriage and family values, and illegal immigration. We fight against the intimidating and malicious actions of the “cancel culture” agents, which undermine the right to freedom of speech and association so fundamental to our democratic society.

Understandably, these are controversial issues. But you have the right to donate to organizations that advance your beliefs with the assurance your privacy will be protected. That’s why we filed this lawsuit.

And this is the reason that ever since its founding 22 years ago, TMLC has never disclosed the names of its donors. But when Vice President Kamala Harris was still California’s attorney general, in 2012 and every year during her tenure, she demanded TMLC turn over the names of all our major donors because we receive donations from California residents. The Law Center refused. Then we challenged her in court.

We defended our donor’s privacy through a 3-day bench trial held before Federal District Judge Manuel Real. Auditors and investigators from Harris’ office testified that they have never had a complaint filed against TMLC; they have never investigated TMLC, and they don’t use major donation reports to start investigations. Yet, they claimed that they needed our private donor information.

Thankfully, Judge Real ruled to protect donor privacy, recognizing that TMLC should not be required to violate the trust and desires of its donors by revealing private information to state government officials.

Judge Real permanently stopped Kamala Harris from requiring TMLC to provide copies of its major donor list.

But the case did not end there. California appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit agreed with California, effectively undoing Judge Real’s good decision. So TMLC brought this case to the US Supreme Court. And the Supreme Court has agreed to hear TMLC’s case. Oral arguments are expected in late April.

John Bursch, a former Michigan solicitor general, is representing the Thomas More Law Center on behalf of Alliance Defending Freedom. Read the Detroit News article concerning an interview of Mr. Bursch, regarding our case by clicking here.

The importance of this case is demonstrated by the numerous friend of the court briefs with more than 40 briefs filed in TMLC’s support representing a spectrum of political interests, conservative and liberal, faith-based and secular.

This is about your First Amendment right of free speech and freedom of association. The Thomas More Law Center has fought long and hard to protect these rights.

For the last 22 years, I have held our donor list in the strictest of confidence and I am proud to say we have never shared any information about our donors with anyone.

That’s because you are the reason we exist.

I can’t thank you enough for your past support. Once again, I am asking you to make a financial sacrifice. The survival of America as a constitutional republic grounded on Judeo-Christian values is in your hands.

Know that we are always Battle Ready to Defend Your Freedoms.

God bless you. God bless America.

Give a Year-End Gift to Preserve Our God-Given Rights
For Future Generations

December 28, 2020 by developer

“These are the times that try men’s souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country, but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.”

— Thomas Paine, The American Crisis, December 19, 1776

Two hundred and forty-four years ago, today, in the early morning hours of December 26, 1776, General George Washington and his 2,400 weary men climbed onto boats, crossed the howling, ice-covered Delaware River and defeated a large force of Hessian mercenaries in the surprise attack. His bold plan saved the American Revolution, which was on the verge of collapsing after only six months.

Although demoralized by defeats and desertions, that morning Washington’s army fought with renewed zeal inspired by Tom Paine’s words, “These are the times that try men’s souls . . . but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.”

Today, America is facing another crisis. It’s a crisis of anarchy and self-destruction incited by foreign governments, radical left-wing politicians and our own corrupt institutions. The sacrifices of those early American Patriots and the generations of patriotic Americans that followed them ensured for us the God-given rights of freedom. You and I now have a sacred obligation to pass on that gift to future generations.

Momentous battles lie ahead in 2021. Your past generous financial support has helped the Thomas More Law Center to engage in the legal battles to maintain a strong and free America, and to restore and preserve our Nation’s Judeo-Christian heritage and moral values.

So, as 2020 draws to a close, please consider making another sacrifice—a special year-end, tax-deductible gift to the Thomas More Law Center. You must make your donation by December 31, 2020 in order for it to be deductible on your 2020 Federal tax return.

If you have already given your year-end donation, thank you.

Online donations must be made by December 31, 2020 in order for it to qualify as a tax deduction on your 2020 Federal tax return. If you mail in a donation, the envelope must be postmarked by 12/31/2020.

Thank you for your consideration.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

God bless you and your loved ones. God bless America.
