(WATCH VIDEO) Billy Graham Called Our Nation Back To Its Judeo-Christian Roots

March 2, 2018 by TMLC

“Spiritually, we have wandered far from the faith of our fathers…no nation which relegates the Bible to the background, which disregards the love of God and flouts the claims of the Man of Galilee, can long survive.”

Reverend Graham’s prophetic warning reflects the sentiments of all those who love America:

“Our government is certainly going to fall like a rope of sand if unsupported by the moral fabric of God’s Word. The moral structure in our country grew from Judeo-Christian roots. But if that structure disappears, the moral sentiment that shapes our nations’ goals will disappear with it.”

We’ve put together a 5-minute video highlighting Doctor Graham’s incredible ability to call the American people to Jesus Christ. It includes a part of his final public sermon in July of 2006 at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland.

Millions of Americans and countless others around the world have been reporting on the legacy Billy Graham since the news of his death was announced. Popularly labeled as “America’s Pastor,” Reverend Graham passed away at age 99 at his home in North Carolina on February 21.

Reverend Graham lain in honor at the Capitol Rotunda in Washington D.C. on Wednesday. He is the first spiritual leader ever to receive that distinction. His body will be returned to North Carolina for the private funeral on Friday. He will be buried beside his wife, Ruth, who passed in 2007. Both had caskets made by inmates of the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, where they had funded two chapels.

While the funeral service is private, the public will be able to watch a live stream beginning Friday, March 2 at 10AM EST.

Billy Graham preached to over 215 million people at more than 400 crusades, simulcasts and evangelistic rallies since 1947.

Doctor Graham, the Thomas More Law Center thanks you for your steadfast defense of the Christian faith and your incredible witness of the Gospel. God only knows how many millions of people came to know Jesus Christ through your dynamic and passionate evangelism.  May you rest in eternal peace.

International Holocaust Remembrance Day – Let Us Never Forget

January 26, 2018 by TMLC

“Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”

– George Santayana

Tomorrow, January 27, is International Holocaust Remembrance Day to commemorate the genocide of 6 million Jews and tens of thousands of others.

When allied forces liberated the Nazi concentration camps in 1945, the world saw the horrific results of Hitler’s attempt to exterminate the Jewish people. The images of the dead bodies and the remains of men, women, and children in the camps are forever etched in history as the most barbaric and brutal crime against humanity the world has ever witnessed.

As Anne Frank famously wrote:

“What is done cannot be undone, but one can prevent it happening again.”

[VIDEO] Trump’s Clean Bill Of Health Unhinges Reporters

January 18, 2018 by TMLC

January 18, 2018

Reporters were apparently disappointed and flabbergasted that President Trump was not diagnosed as a dying, crazy man. It did not fit their political narrative. So, they peppered President Trump’s examining physician, Dr. Ronny Jackson, with questions that bordered on the absurd. One reporter asked if Trump will want sedation during a colonoscopy.  Another asked Dr. Jackson, “Do you keep a tally of how much golf the U.S. President plays?”

We’ve compiled a brief video of just some of the questions the reporters asked. To keep it short, we did not include Dr. Jackson’s responses.  Here’s the video.

Dr. Jackson’s conclusion on President Trump’s health . . .

“The president is mentally very sharp, very intact…He’s fit for duty. I think he will remain fit for duty for the remainder this term and even for the remainder of another term if elected,” Jackson said.

Dr. Jackson’s detailed summary of President Trump’s health is here.

By the way, Doctor Jackson is a Navy Rear Admiral with the title Physician To The President, who examined former president Obama in May of 2014 and March of 2016.

What Did Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Think About Israel?

January 15, 2018 by TMLC

Today, our nation honors the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for his courageous stand for the civil rights of African Americans. Most of us have read or seen a video clip of his powerful August 28, 1963 “I Have a Dream” speech.  Many of us have read his eloquent and compelling April 16, 1963 “Letter from a Birmingham City Jail,” which defended his nonviolent resistance to racism.

But few know what Dr. King thought about Israel.

In a 1967 interview, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stated:

“…the whole world must see that Israel must exist and has the right to exist, and is one of the great outposts of democracy in the world.”

See video here.

During a panel discussion at the March 25th, 1968 Rabbinical Assembly, Dr King stated:

“Peace for Israel means security, and we must stand with all our might to protect its right to exist, its territorial integrity. I see Israel as one of the great outposts of democracy in the world, and a marvelous example of what can be done, how desert land can be transformed into an oasis of brotherhood and democracy. Peace for Israel means security and that security must be a reality.”

President Ronald Reagan signed Martin Luther King Jr. Day into law in 1983.

In accordance with that law, this past Friday, during the signing of the Proclamation declaring Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President Trump commented:

“Dr. King’s faith and his love for humanity led him and so many other heroes to courageously stand up for civil rights of African Americans. Through his bravery and sacrifice, Dr. King opened the eyes and lifted the conscience of our nation. He stirred the hearts of our people to recognize the dignity written in every human soul.

Today, we celebrate Dr. King for standing up for the self-evident truth Americans hold so dear, that no matter what the color of our skin or the place of our birth, we are all created equal by God.”
